IV FLUIDS

Dehydration happens when the body loses too much fluid- Community ER provides patients with IV Infusions to combat dehydration.

Our IV Infusions are specially formulated with the nutrients, vitamins, anti-oxidants, and electrolytes you need to replenish your hydration, restore your vitamin and nutrient levels and rejuvenate your physical appearance. These infusions are administered through an IV that is inserted into one of the veins.

Reasons to get IV Infusions:

  • Rehydration after dehydration from an illness or excessive exercise

  • Rehydration during treatment of infection using antibiotics

  • You are taking chemotherapy medications

  • You are taking pain management medications

  • Food Poisoning

Our IV Fluids contain water, electrolytes, sugar and necessary medications, and are delivered to the blood directly. The rate and amount of IV Fluids you'll receive depends on on your age, medical condition and body size. Community ER ensures the rate and amount of fluids delivered are correct for your individual needs.
